Scotts Valley Middle School basketball teams had a great night of fun as the teams challenged the faculty in games of basketball on Friday night at the annual Jam in January fundraiser.
Students and Teachers showed some serious athleticism with skills, moves, shots and free throws. The score was not the focus of then evening although every team played hard to win for their grade level.

I have started attending Hot Bikram Yoga classes this summer and have really enjoyed the intense workout and sweat it provides. To my surprise, I learned the wiping off your sweat during workouts will only make your body feel as though its working harder.
