Find Activities You Love
If you are a person who thinks they don't like exercise, I encourage you to experience the joy of movement by finding an activity or sport you love. If it's fun, you'll look forward to it and be more motivated to move.
When I was a child, my mother always told me to "GO PLAY"! I ran, skipped, played team sports and explored. Why? Because it was fun. I didn't worry about my health or the size of my legs, I played to just play.
The pure joy of playing is the key to keeping fit, staying healthy and fighting disease. Find an exercise buddy, join a group class or hire a personal trainer. The possibilities are endless once you find Activities You Love!
