Summer, It's one of my favorite seasons but possible the most stressful.  The days are long and the weather is beautiful, I just want to play.  With social gatherings, kids home from school, sports and vacations planned, finding time for exercise and healthy eating can be challenging. If you are strapped for time, don't skip out, find ways to squeeze in exercise even if it's a small activity or quick workout. Exercise can be accumulated throughout the day with 10 minute intervals.

Leisurely swimming burns 422 calories per hour.

A walk, hike, run or even gardening are perfect activities for summer exercise.
