Last year one of my goals for 2011 was to practice yoga. Most of my friends commented, " Can you sit still that long?" Well I did and you can too. Yoga fans know its all about breathing! Its also great for all-over body toning and flexibility. Hatha Yoga is great for newbies. You will learn basic poses and how to breath properly, but most importantly it will help you Chill out.

I have started attending Hot Bikram Yoga classes this summer and have really enjoyed the intense workout and sweat it provides. To my surprise, I learned the wiping off your sweat during workouts will only make your body feel as though its working harder. So, DON'T wipe your sweat from your body unless its running in your eyes. Sweating is your body's naturaly cooling device, its actually the evaporation of sweat off your skin that cools you down.
