I have started attending Hot Bikram Yoga classes this summer and have really enjoyed the intense workout and sweat it provides. To my surprise, I learned the wiping off your sweat during workouts will only make your body feel as though its working harder. So, DON'T wipe your sweat from your body unless its running in your eyes. Sweating is your body's naturaly cooling device, its actually the evaporation of sweat off your skin that cools you down.
