Last year one of my goals for 2011 was to practice yoga. Most of my friends commented,"Can you sit still that long?"Well I did and you can too. Yoga fans know its all about breathing! Its also great for all-over body toning and flexibility. Hatha Yoga is great if you are new to Yoga. You will learn basic poses and how to breath properly, but most importantly it will help you Chill out.
